New  chug
Countdown to Nutrition
A chug with fun games and activities for your children
to learn about healthy choices and healthy eating.
The chug is for children in grades 1-4.
Groups divided by grade and gender.
I am a certified nutritionist and have a BA in early childhood education.
The chug will take place Monday or Thursday afternoons- starting next week,
for 6 weeks.
