[RBS] seeking clown costume, face paint

Does anyone have a brightly colored clown costume that would fit a 10-12 yo
girl that my daughter could borrow for a play?

 

Also, does anyone have face paint with certification from some sort of
agency that we could borrow - I am very hesitant to smear something on my
daughter's face if it was made in China and has no stamp of approval from
the health ministry or whoever it is who supervises the safety of toys and
these kinds of things.
