[RBS] Nachal Dolev Speech Therapy Clinic

This is fantastic for those who are in Maccabi, but what can we do to appeal 
Meuchedet's ridiculous decision to not support the  clinic? How can they say 
that a new clinic is not necessary when waiting lists can be a year long? Not to 
mention that several clinics we tried did not have a therapist with Rivka's 
expertise and experience. Any ideas? Anyone?
