Listers,
Not only did my arnona bill arrive in the mail two days
after the due date (even though I check the mail
every day), but neither the website (http://www.pay24.co.il)
nor the automated phone line recognize my
bill ("sefach" printed on the bill).
Anyone else having these problems? Found solutions?
