[RBS] [update] how to drive to kotel in the morning?

Hi, I want to daven "Neitz" at the kotel early Friday morning, & park close by.
How do I drive to the old city? Where can I park (inside the old city? On Har Zion?)
I know that the old city is closed to traffic, but I heard that it might be open in the morning.
