[RBS] translating medical document

I need some help translating a medical document from English (or 
"medicalese") to hebrew, to submit to the government regarding a childs 
schooling. I can do much of the translation, but where it gets into 
medical stuff I dont know what a lot of that is in Hebrew.

Is there someone out there who is well-versed in medical Hebrew and 
available to help? This is for new olim straight off the boat, and we 
are trying to help them navigate the system
