[RBS] correction on meuhedet flu vaccine

Contrary to what was written on the big sign, it seems that the flu vaccine
is being given FREE, even for people older than eight. There is also a
vaccine against pneumonia that people with asthma are being given free this
year. Just wanted to clarify.
