[RBS] don't take a ticket to court if you really are guilty

*GROUP CHALLENGING PARKING TICKETS EXPERIENCE SURPRISE
*A group of local residents gathered together to challenge parking
tickets which they received in the city.  They were hoping that the
judge would cancel their fines but many were met with the judge
doubling their fines.  Those members of the group who received tickets
for parking in handicap parking spots or at bus stops were told that
the city had not fined them enough and were ordered to pay double their
ticket fee.  The excuse of "it was just for a few seconds while I
did...." which they thought would exonerate them was not accepted.
