[RBS] Jewish Belgium?

My brother and family have a 12 hour layover, Brussels airport on way to Israel.  Landing very 
early in the morning, so the day has to begin with a shul Shacharit, include breakfast/lunch and
touring.

He is looking for a driver (preferably from the frum community of Antwerp or Brussels)
with a van that can seat eleven (k'h), and driver with knowledge of shuls, eateries, and
where the time can be spent to greatest advantage.

Any ideas anyone?  He already called Chabad etc.
