[RBS] Psycho-didacti Test Advice

does anyone who has done one or is "in the know" have advice where is the best place to do a psycho-didacti test?  Are all places equally good? ? we'd like to know both price-wise, but especially once investing in this as far as professionalism and thoroughness? We prefer RBS but if you had a great experience in Yerushalayim or somewhere else nearby we would consider as well. (An added plus, we would prefer someone who also speaks English fluently.)
