[RBS] Dog Ownerss - please take care of your dogs

Moadim L'Simcha - there is a lovely big brown dog that has been around the
area of Maor/HaBasor for the past several days.  The dog has a red collar
and obviously belongs to someone.  It is difficult to understand why the dog
is allowed to run loose and is not being looked after.  Not everyone likes
or loves dogs; it is uncomfortable to walk to shul in early morning and have
the dog sniffing at you.  It is the responsibility of dog owners to look
after their animals in a conscientious way.  If we see this dog again, we
will have no choice but to call the dog catcher.
