[RBS] EL AL will be revising its luggage regulations

As of november 1st EL AL will be revising its luggage regulations to comply with international standards.
 1. Free allowance as follows :
 europe, far east south africa 
 tourist class....1 item up to 23 kilos
 business class...1 item up to 32 kilos.
 first class......2 items up to 32 kilos
 usa tourist class...1 item up to 23 kilos 
 business class...3 items,each up to 32 kilos
 first class.......4 items,each up to 32 kilos.
 usa and canada restrictions include luggage size up to 158 cm.
 ElAl has a new price tariff for excess weight or size according to destination,ticket class and number of items. the charges increase per each extra item incrementaly.
