[RBS] EXCITING SCIENCE CHUG!

The science chug, now in its third year, will be starting up again in the next few weeks. We have a large number of boys who are returning for a second or third year, therefore space may be limited. If you are interested then please contact me NOW to avoid disappointment. 

 

The chug is aimed at boys from Kita Daled onward (in groups according to age). This year I will IYH be offering classes in both English and Hebrew according to demand.

 

We will be covering fundamental topics in science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology as well as medicine - I am a trained doctor). This years syllabus will IYH include: Waves and Sound, Properties of light, Properties of heat,  Chemistry of fuels, Plastics, Organic Chemistry, Reactions of acids,  Speech, sight and hearing, Brain and nervous system, Cardiovascular system, Dangers of smoking, Animal cells,  and much, much more.



There is an emphasis on practical experiments that the children can perform themselves. Equipment is professional - test tubes and Bunsen burners like you used in school!



Groups are small with individual attention and your son should come away not only having had fun but also having learned something.



Needless to say, everything is done according to Torah hashkafa, with the blessing of Rabbonim. I have the approval of local schools.
