[RBS] Bachrim: Come home for Shabbos AND get fit

for Shabbos?

Our "bachrim" class on erev/motzei Shabbos is just the thing to get them in
shape!

Classes teach fitness, martial arts, and self-defense skills that can be
practiced during the week.

Elul zman / fall semester starting now!  Come for a trial class this
