[RBS] how does a visiting young woman find a job with room and board in israel?

A very capable, very bright and personable young woman is looking for work
where she will be welcomed, accepted, and feel gratified. All she wants in
exchange is room and board. Any ideas on how to find this kind of
arrangement? Kibbutzim? Guest houses looking for staff? She cannot legally
work in Israel. She does not want childcare or cleaning jobs. She prefers a
non-religious environment. Any and all ideas gladly welcomed.
