[RBS] Question re selling an Oleh car after 5 years

Dear Listland,
Does anyone have info about an oleh who wants to sell his oleh car (bought
with rights) after 5 years.
Does he have to do something in the tax office to change its status? or is
it automatically freed from the oleh status.
