[RBS] [RBS2] TV License advice needed

Actually, its an interesting legal question now that the country has moved
to Idan+ DVB-T digital broadcasting.
I seem to remember the claim was that if you have a tuner for the TV (even
if its in a separate box such as in the VCR or in the computer) - then you
are taxed even if you never watch.  If it is a monitor with no tuner, then
not.

Given that as of a few months ago an analogue tuner is useless to receive
broadcasts, there may be a case to say you have no tuner and it is a
monitor.
(Unless the DVD has a tuner to receive digital broadcast)

that is a question for a lawyer I guess.
