[RBS] Mat framing for art

Hi,
Where can I find a standard mat frame for art? I need 8 x 10" and 11 x 14".
I want the frame and a back. In Hebrew they call it "paspartu". It's like a
heavy cardboard and comes in different colors.
I already tried the two framing places in the shopping area of RBS A,
