[RBS] illegal turn - you may get a ticket

Thank you for making the residents of RBS aware of the cops giving out
tickets for making a u-turn by Tzeilim and Nahal Hever.  However, I would
like suggest people continue to the traffic circle further ahead on Tzeilim
to turn around.  Nahal Hever is very curvy and it is difficult to see up
ahead.  There are many children in the neighborhood and directing the flow
of u-turners to the block would increase the danger to the neighborhood
children.  Hopefully in the future they will build a traffic circle at the
intersection.
