[RBS] illegal turn - you may get a ticket

Or even better – continue driving down Tze’elim and use the traffic circle about 200 meters down the road…

FYI, if you are driving down Nachal Tzeilim from the RBS mercaz, it is illegal to make a u-turn at Nachal Hever back up Nachal Tzeilim.  
You need to turn right into Nachal Hever, turn around and then turn left onto Tzeilim to go back up.  
Even though the arrow pointing forward on the street is not so clear, the police have issued tickets - so beware!
