first of all, the beit shemesh cemetery (behind migdal hamayim, next to
heftziba), has big bags for geniza in the parking lot. it is not far to
drive there, if one has a car, (or take the bus to the end of the line,
literally) and if not, there are some drop off places in rbs where they ask
you to make a small contribution to offset their expenses. there is such
a big blue box on nahal soreq, on the side of ahavat yisrael banot, but
downhill towards the shopping centre.

second, many rabbanim have been making this request - please check if things
you are putting into geniza really require geniza. many "parsha sheets"
are really newspapers , and often they can be recycled (ask your
LOR) rather than having the hevra kadisha people do the work
of burying them. while it is really cool how much interesting stuff has
turned up in the cairo geniza (among others) , it is really ridiculous how
much paper is being buried in modern day israel , papers that many poskim
allow to be recycled instead.
same for tzitzit and tallit strings - ask your rav if you can wrap them and
throw them out rather than bury them.

third, if you go the geniza at the cemetery, you will probably see boxes
near the bags. often, books in excellent condition are left next to the
geniza for people to take.
