There will be a new Meishiv HaNafesh Retreat for Men just after Succos.
This is a 2- day getaway retreat in a local Moshav, with lodging and meals 
provided.

Even if you have experienced this work before, this retreat is an excellent 
refresher and there are many new additional sessions. This retreat promises 
to be a very inspiring and transformational experience. Spaces are limited.

What is the Meishiv HaNafesh Training:
This training offers a powerful and effective combination of research based
healing therapies aimed to help you better deal with changes, challenges and
stress in a non-judgmental supportive group setting. The groups are small,
usually about 10 - 12 people, which allows for a deeper level of connection. 
In these groups, participants can explore their capacity for transformation 
by working on their own physical, emotional and spiritual issues.  This 
workshop gives you practical tools to use in your life; be it at home, with 
friends or in the office.

How will the training benefit you:
B'ezrat Hashem, the training will help you manage stress in a very proactive
way. You will learn to maximize all that you are in your life, be it your 
role as
husband, father, friend, colleague, chavrusa, out-reach professional etc. 
One of the main emphases in the group is the importance of acquiring peace 
of mind - menuchas hanefesh. The group will help you in every aspect of your 
Avodas Hashem.

What Skills are Taught:
The Meishiv HaNafesh Training is highly experiential. You will learn to
effectively use research based techniques, taught through the lens of chazal
(our Sages), such as breathing, relaxation, meditation (hisbodedus), guided
imagery (koach hatziur), autogenic training, biofeedback, movement, journal
writing, drawing, as well as music and more.

Who should Attend:
This training is suitable both for professionals and non professionals. 
Whether
you are involved in the caring profession as a doctor, therapist, councilor,
chiropractor etc. or if you are a teacher or in learning, this training will
significantly enhance you and your work.

The group will help to enhance your appreciation of LIFE!

Dates: Starting Monday 24th October - Wednesday 26th October
Place: Yishi Country Guest House
Cost: Nis1700 for the entire retreat including all meals and lodging

For those of you who would like to know a little more about my work you are
welcome to read the following:

Avraham Baruch Gundle graduated with honors in Osteopathic Medicine and
Naturopathy.  He is the Director of the Center for Integrated Medicine. He
practices holistically emphasizing the role of the mind and the body in 
healing.
He draws on a wide range of cutting edge therapeutic and diagnostic 
modalities
to help give his patients the best possible care. These include Mora 
therapy,
BeTA, Darkfield Microscopy, Homeopathy, Osteopathy, Nutritional and
Lifestyle counseling. Avraham Baruch has completed the Advanced Professional
training in Mind-Body Medicine with the Centre for Mind Body Medicine in
Washington , D.C, is a certified supervisor and facilitator of Mind Body 
skills
groups, and is a Master NLP practitioner. Avraham is in private practice and
facilitates men's groups in Mind Body skills. Avraham Baruch lives in Ramat 
Bet
