station, easy commute to tel Aviv-Jerusalem, lots of Anglos, restaurants, 
business opportunities, etc..

The video will be targeting thousands of foreigners looking to either move 
here, invest here, buy for a child or grandchild, and people who have 
already made Aliyah but are not happy or settled in their current location.

This is an excellent opportunity for local businesses and services to gain 
great business exposure, and create awareness and new sales opportunities 
for people that will need their services both prior to and upon moving into
