no one should ever have the seat belt cut into their neck.. there are
these "triangle" things that hold the parts of the seat belt together
than can help for short people.   if someone knows where to buy them
now, or what they are really called, please post.  these are also
useful for pregnant women to keep the lap belt below the baby.
these are useful for short adults as well as children

also, anyone under 5 feet tall is to short for a front airbag.  so,
short adults should either shut the airbag or sit on a strong cushion

and, even with a booster, i would try to avoid seating a child under
age 10 (*?) in the front without a five-point harness, as the front
passenger seat is THE  highest risk of injury and fatality,  more than
the driver's seat.  a shouldre belt allow sth eperson to move forward
a bit , especially on one side, whre a five piont harness is what race
driver's use, (okay, an dcarseat s to age 4) becasue they hodl teh
chld back more evenly.

re rear facing - if a child is under 30 pounds, and / or has weak neck
muscles, it is recommended to keep them rearfacing, in a regular
carseat that can be placed rearfacing (in the olden days, these were
called convertible car seats).

remember to send you teens to the Or Yarok lecture tonight at Feigenson

park only onteh right side of a two-way street, and slow down as you
approach schools, matnasim and crosswalks, so that you can stop faster
if you need to.
in an ideal world, the speed limit on residential streets would be 40
kph,adn next to schools, 30 (with enforcement)
