[RBS] treadmill repair question

I got a quote for a repair for my treadmill, with an offer to upgrade if I
want to. I don't really understand about treadmill maintenance, or if it
makes sense for me to upgrade, my machine is only 2 years old, and the parts
that need to be replaced are expensive. Is there anyone out there who knows
about these machines that can help me figure out what to do?
