[RBS] flower store that will deliver to Ma'ale Zeitim?

Hi-I am looking to order flowers to be delivered to someone who lives in Ma'ale Zeitim/Ir Amim. (near Silwan).  So far all the flower stores I have spoken to refuse to deliver there.
Anyone have an idea of a place I can call?
