Rabbi
Shaya Karlinskyis
the Dean of Shapell’s/Darche Noam Institutions:
Yeshivat Darche
Noam/ Shapell’s and Midreshet Rachel v’Chaya College
of Jewish
Studies for Women. Born in 1949 in Los Angeles, California,
Rabbi
Karlinsky has been in Israel since 1968, where he studied at Yeshivat
Kerem B'Yavneh and the Mirrer Yeshiva in Jerusalem. After receiving
Smicha from I.T.R.I., he completed a Master's degree in Educational

have studied
at the Darche Noam Institutions.
