[RBS] General Contractor

I realize that this may be too much to ask, but a man can dream can't he?

I am looking for a general contractor who fits the following criteria:

1. Honest

2. Reliable

3. Solvent

4. Capable of communicating in English

5. Properly licensed, bonded and insured

6. Capable of handling problems such as cracks in wall due to poor initial construction and/or general settling of soil, and water leaks

And now comes the hard part....

7. Will answer the phone when you call

8. Will show up when he/she has promised to do so and not forget or have something come up suddenly and then get back to you a week later

9. Will finish what he/she has started

10. Will have the courtesy of calling you if he/she has agreed to show up at a certain time and then does not.

11. Will not continually delay completion of a job because there is something more lucrative that has made itself available halfway through your job.

12. Won't blame everything on workers who don't show up or won't cooperate.

I have more but I would settle for this.
