Rivka Pessin is teaching a powerful strength training and aerobic workout.  Based on kickboxing, it is a quick way to get you moving and getting into better shape. With her expertise as a personal trainer Rivka expertly tailors the workouts so each participant is able to work at her own level to meet individual fitness goals.  Rivka's class meets on Sunday and Thursday mornings at 8:40 across from 4/2 Nachal Zavitan, through the double white doors.  See you there.
