[RBS] Leasing Car through Company or Privately?

I'm sure this is a question that many people have asked themselves:

Let your employer lease you a car for X NIS per month (ALL costs on them),
or take that same money, and lease a car privately (all costs on you, but
then you have invested in a car for 3 years which you can then sell after 3
years).

Would like to hear the pros and cons.
