[RBS] seeking recommendation for financial planner

Looking for someone who is clear, practical, and optimistic-and very
knowledgeable (and reasonably priced), who can take someone who knows
nothing about investments and finances and enable them to get a handle on
budgeting, saving, and planning for the future. If you have used someone in
RBS and have found them to be excellent, please send your recommendations.
