[RBS] update on Simcha Efraim Ben Yocheved

Thanks again to all who have been praying for this 8 month old baby.  Baruch Hashem his heart is doing wonderfully.  He did develop some side effects after the last surgery that have not gone away.  Please continue to daven for him and his parents.
 
He is a sweet and smilely little baby who seems to have overcome a lot of the traumatic things that he has been through already.
