Saidels Bakery is offering a new Summer Workshop for kids, adults and the whole family, throughout the month of August. The workshop "Flatbreads from Around the World" has been an enormous hit already in the month of July and we have been getting rave reviews from all who attended from all around the country -

It is a unique experience, a 3 hour odyssey in time, around the world, in which you get to bake and eat exotic breads like Indian Naan bread, Ethiopian Injera, Mexican Tortillas and more, all baked in authentic ethnic ovens - brick oven, tandoor, saj etc. The workshop is accompanied by colorful costumes, fascinating stories and tons of humor. Many have said that the workshop is the highlight of their summer so far.
