For the finance department in one of Israel's largest diamond
exporters located at the Diamond Exchange buildings in Ramat-Gan.


Job description:

·        Working with teams worldwide

·        Inputting journals, expense & vendor invoices.

·        Issuing receipts, debit & credit notes.

·        Filing

·        Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.

·        Tracking and reconciling merchandise on consignment.

·        Assisting with the month end reporting.

·        Special assignments

·        Occasional travel



Job requirements:

·        Diploma #3 in bookkeeping.

·        Knowledge of IFRS

·        English.

·        Knowledge of Excel.

·        Team player with service orientation.

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Previous experience with ERP and multi-currency systems an advantage.

·        Adept to learning new software packages

·        Previous experience in the diamond industry an advantage.
