[RBS] AC REPAIRMAN RECOMMENDATION

Today makes the third resident of my building - me -  who's happy to have
found Chanan haMazgan.  He said he was coming at 1, and at 1:05 I was
shocked to have him appear at my door.  (I'm used to "1" meaning closer to
"4"!)  Ascertained the need, took care of the problem, fair pricing, honest,
pleasant.  I'd be happy to use him if I need again, and recommend him here.
