[RBS] Elevating the Soul

*L’ilui Nishmas* is a group of high caliber *bnei Torah* in Israel who, in
addition to their regular *seder limud*, are dedicated to learning on
behalf of others to help elevate the *neshamah*, the soul, of a loved one;
hence the name *L’ilui Nishmas*. These *bnei Torah* are able to learn
almost anything a person would want to dedicate in memory of a loved one.
Many of them have not only learned all of *Mishnayos *numerous times but
have also learned most, if not all, of *Shas*! Additionally, there are
those who study and complete *Tanach*, *Rambam*, etc. – even *Zohar *– on
an ongoing basis.
