Jay's Running Chug starts this next week in Beit Shemesh!

I can't recommend this chug highly enough.  One son has participated in this chug for two years and a second son is starting this year.

Jay not only gets the kids exercising and running at faster and faster paces....he teaches them the right attitude to go with it.... taking care of your health, eating right, stretching, competing with yourself, not others etc.

He has groups for boys and girls and younger and older groups.
