Vargon, on the subject of the closed mikva on Nahal Lachish:

Dear Residents:
We have seen that pressure on the City led to progress.  A few month
ago, when many women called the city hotline (106), the Moetza Datit
(R Yehuda Medizada 9911361) and the Ministry of Religious Affairs (02-
531 1101), there was cooperation between the various parties, and work
was done on the building.
 At this time, the work is reaching its end, there is cooperation
between Rav Spektor and R's Davidovich and Perlstein.
It is important to keep up the pressure on the authorities until there
is an announcement about the opening of the mikva.
