[RBS] vacation rental for next June thru September 2013 RBS-A

Looking for a vacation rental with at least 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms, 
A/C, kitchen (no kitchenette) w/d, preferably in the Luz, Refaim, Yarkon 
areas but will consider other streets. If not on ground floor, building 
with Shabbos elevator is fine. Need for June 20 thru Sept 30 for a very 
nice bubbie and zayde. Good references from other RBS-A "landlords." 
Would be willing to sign contract now if apt is suitable.
