[RBS] need info - cheapest way to call US

What is the best plan for calling the US regularly? Is it worthwhile to get
a landline and get an American line, or is it cheaper to just use a
cellphone? Is anyone familiar with using pennytalk or net2phone? Is there a
charge involved from the cellphone company? (Talk N Save is not an option.)
