I juice wheat grass and then freeze servings of it for many satisfied customers.
The servings are sold in one month packages 110 Nis.
A monthly supply is for 3 weeks, as it is taken for 3 weeks and then the fourth
week of the month you do not drink it.

The most outstanding feature of the wheat grass is its very high content of chlorophyll
at about 70%. This alone makes it a super food that has a highly
energizing and alkalizing effect.
It contains every amino acid, vitamin and mineral necessary for human nutrition,
making it one of the few actual “whole foods.”
Wheat grass is a complete food and an excellent source of vitamin C, E,
K and B complex (including B12). In the minerals department, it is rich
in calcium, cobalt, germanium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, protein,
sodium, sulfur, and zinc.
It has a long list of amino acids - about 17 types of them and about 80 known
enzymes.

Wheat grass juice is also a complete protein source.
Proteins are responsible for an array of diverse functions throughout the body
ranging from cell renewal and creation of hormones, to building and
repairing muscles, blood and organs.

Proteins are made up of amino acids, which are essential to proper digestion
and assimilation of foods, immunity against disease, rapid healing of cuts and wounds,
proper liver function and regulating our level of mental awareness.

Wheat grass juice is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and has been known to:
Energize and reduces fatigue
Improve metabolism
Improve digestion
Prevent tooth decay
Improve the complexion.
The chlorophyll in wheat grass juice enriches the blood.
Its antibacterial properties have been known to be beneficial in cleansing organs.

What does it taste like?
Despite its 70%content of chlorophyll and it being a "grass", the juice actually
tastes nicely "greenish sweet". Most new comers to it prefer to
blend the frozen juice with another juice such as orange or apple.
Le Briut!
