Core Power!  For high school girls ages 14-18

Teens have even more decisions to make. Everyone is watching, or maybe no one cares? Who am I in all of this? Self Defense reunites a girl with her core power, and turns it into a roaring powerhouse! No batteries or diet soda required.
 The world is filled with challenging people and situations.  Self Defense is a set of five, 1.5 hour classes designed to build a set of tools for all different kinds of violence, including verbal, emotional, psychological, and physical.   Emphasis is on the existing strengths of the participants-- often they are pleasantly surprised by their latent strengths! 
The instructor, a certified and experienced  teacher of  self defense, who teaches all over Israel, also holds the rank of second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Teen girls self defense series in RBS A!
Beginning Thursday December 6, 2012 for high school age girls.
 
This course will train the girls how to think and act to keep themselves safe.  They will learn:
*To identify potentially dangerous situations and people.
*To strengthen the girls' self confidence and develop assertiveness in response to undesirable behaviors, including the importance of confident body language and verbal confidence.
*Learn simple self defense techniques including an "IMPACT!" workshop, that do not rely on size or strength to be effective.
*To acquire a variety of techniques for managing threatening situations.
*How to deal with bullying and peer pressure
*How be proactive in preventing violent situations.
 
The course includes five two hour sessions with a professional, certified instructor.
