[RBS] Predators in Cars - TAKE LICENSE PLATE NUMBERS & PHOTOS WITH SMARTPHONE

Please teach your children to take license plate numbers of predators who
try to lure them into cars, and report the car license plate numbers to the
police.
If your children have cellphones with camaras, it's helpful if they whip
use their smartphones to photograph the would-be predators and their cars
as well.
