[RBS] Small local halls for a simcha

Does anyone have contact information for Motzi Mayim on Lachish and the
hall in the building next to Soloveitzik on Maor?
Does anyone have anything to tell me about either of those venues?
Are there other local places suitable for making a small simcha (60 people)
- something that does not look like a shul?
