[RBS] Talpiot area to RBS Thurs night for one PLEASE ?

My son finishes seder at 7 and needs to be in RBS as close to 8 as possible.
We are trying to minimize him missing too much learning time, and taking
buses will take at least 2 hours.  Anyone driving from the Talpiot area (he
can get anywhere near there too) to RBS or even Bet Shemesh Thursday night
leaving Jerusalem between 6:30-7:30 ?
Happy to pay for gas.
