[RBS] Seeking a real waterproof rainhat

[Adina and Charles Rosenstein]

Does anyone know where to get a real waterproof rainhat? I know i can find one online but i would rather not wait
to received it with a family/friend courier.
So, if anyone has seen ladies real waterproof hats here in BS/RBS or in merkaz JM,
would you please share with me?
