Low cost per minute ($0.02 per minute) to US, UK, etc.

If you want inbound calls with free voicemail, they will give you a phone number for about $3 per month.  Alternatively, setup a google voice phone number, and use that for your incoming voice mail, it's free.  You can even setup your callcentric outbound calls to use your google phone caller-id.

You need a simple voice gateway box like Linksys SPA3102, then plug in a regular phone.  You can purchase online, see www.zap.co.il or www.kama.co.il
