[RBS] what number on your driving license is the number of the license?

I’m trying to do a te’um mas online and have to put in my mispar reshayon nehiga. I tried putting in the 4 digit number that is displayed under the 7-digit number in 4d, because that same 4 digit number appears again in that silvery circular figure on the license. But maybe the number I’m supposed to put in is the one in 4d? 

I already had the te’um rejected twice and I can only think that this is the reason. If it blows up again, I’ll have to shlep to Ramle. Can anyone help me?
