[RBS] Help with buying used car

Is there someone out there who specializes in helping people buy a used car (other than Zvi Cars).
I have seen a car we may be interested in on Yad2- but really have no idea how the system works in Israel to ensure we are not being cheated in any way.
We need someone to guide us through the process - take it to a mechanic, checking paperwork etc.
Any recommendation will be gladly appreciated!
