[RBS] Help with buying used car

when we bought our used car, we used a company called "hamumhim", they are
car mechanics, some of whom used to work for test places, who will visit
the car and check it out for you, take a test drive, and give you a report.
in my opinion - less of a hassle than taking the car to a test place, and
they dont give you a report stating everything is wrong, which is what the
test places often do to protect themselves......
I believe they give some warranty that they did not miss anything major.

you can pay them per checkup, or for a month for a bunch of car checks.
